Aggregates encompass a variety of quarry-sourced materials, including sand, gravel, and rock. These essential elements are utilized in the construction and upkeep of roads, the erection of bridges and edifices, and the formation of sturdy foundations for athletic fields, as well as water and sewer infrastructures. Serving as the primary ingredient in concrete and asphalt, aggregates are fundamental to the infrastructure of contemporary heavy construction.

Types of Aggregates we offer
Fairway Virgin Aggregates
Premium, naturally-sourced materials for superior construction and landscaping projects, providing durability and aesthetic appeal.

3/4" Clear Crush
Our Clear Crush locally sourced from Sumas Mountain is a jagged, granite rock aggregate, free from sands and fines, ideal for drainage and various landscaping applications.

Road BaseMMCD
Crushed granite rock, locally sourced from Sumas Mountain used as a foundation for road construction to distribute vehicle weight and prevent road deformation.

3" Minus
Large-sized crushed aggregate used for robust construction applications like road bases and backfill. Locally sourced from Sumas Mountain.

River Sand
Fraser River fine, grey-colored sand, locally sourced and versatile for uses such as filling, leveling, and top dressing in various landscaping projects.
Fairway Recycled Concrete
Sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to virgin materials, made from repurposed construction waste for use in road construction and other infrastructure projects.

3" Minus
Mixture of various-sized pieces of crushed concrete, including large stones down to fine dust, used for sub-base layers.

Fill sand
Screen recycled bedding and fill sand. Suitable for backfilling, siteworks, concrete slabs, and for back filling trenches

3/4" Clear Crush
Crushed concrete, typically used for base layers due to good compaction properties.

Road Base
Eco-friendly, cost-effective material made from crushed concrete and asphalt, providing the same structural integrity as traditional road base materials.

Recycling Process

Collection:
Aggregates are collected from construction and demolition sites.

Crushing:
The collected materials are then crushed into smaller pieces.

Screening:
After crushing, the aggregates are screened to remove dust, soils, and other fines.

Washing:
Screened aggregates are washed to remove impurities.

Quality Control:
Quality control is maintained during recycling to meet construction standards for aggregates.
